Cancellation Policy
“ I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any NO-SHOWS or CANCELLATION within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment “
• Deposits are non-refundable. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit any deposit paid.
• Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment ("no-show") will forfeit any deposit paid.
• Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted by phone call or text message. Social media messages are not considered valid forms of notice and may not be monitored throughout the business day.
